Mass spectrometer MALDI TOF/TOF UltraFlex (Bruker):

This mass spectrometer MALDI TOF/TOF, equipped with a nitrogen laser at 50 Hz, makes it possible to carry out acquisitions in MS and MS/MS in a completely automatizable way. The large variety of target MALDI available in the laboratory makes it possible to work with any type of sample, in particular with proteins chips thanks to the home made targets.

NanoLC Ultimate 3000 (Dionex) coupled to the spotting robot ProteineerFC (Bruker)

The system NanoLC Ultimate 3000 was optimized for peptidic and proteic separations with low flow (300 nL/min). Coupled with the spotting robot of ProteineerFC, it allows the simplification of a complex mixture with an high-resolution and a great sensitivity in order to automate the proteomic analyses from the separation to the identification by mass spectrometry. The use of the PAC plates (Bruker) pre-spotted with HCCA as support of fractionation makes it possible to reach an high level of reproducibility for each new injection.
-
Robot of samples treatment Freedom EVO200 (Tecan)

This robot comprises a work surface of 2 m equipped with very diverse supports which can accomodate any type of consumable. It is equipped with cooled supports, an incubator thermostated under-agitation for micro-plates and with a ultrasounds bath entirely controlled by the EVOware software. The transport of the objects on the work surface is done using an robot arm, independent of the 8 needles of pipettage making it possible to carry out the movements of liquid. The modularity of the workspace makes it possible to create as many protocols of samples treatment as needed (aliquotage, digestions in-gel and in liquid medium, spotting on MALDI target, spotting of drops on chips with proteins…)
-
Fractionnor 3100 OffGel (Agilent Technologies)

The OffGel system is based on a focusing of the molecules according to their isoelectric point, in liquid medium. This stage of prefractionation in 12 or 24 samples can be used before a separation in nanoLC and makes it possible to increase in a considerable way the number of proteins identified within a complex mixture

Robot of samples treatment Freedom EVO100 (Tecan)

This robot comprises a work surface of 1 m equipped with very diverse supports which can accomodate any type of plates. It is equipped with an incubator thermostated under agitation for micro-plates entirely controlled by the EVOware software. The transport of the objects on the work surface is done using an robot arm fixed on the head 96 tips making it possible to carry out the movements of liquid. This configuration makes it possible to treat 96 samples at the same time, ensuring a great reproducibility. The use of magnetized supports makes it possible to carry out purifications in series using all kinds of functionalized beeds (C18, WCX, SAX…).
-
Automat for the preparation of the samples in imagery MALDI: Imageprep (Bruker)

By using the technology of vaporization per vibration, ImagePrep makes it possible to carry out spray with any liquid (trypsin solution, of matrix…) so as to cover with fine droplets a sample (tissu cut, proteins chip …). Various parameters (time and sprays number, time of drying…) completely automatizable treatments in a highly reproducible way, the side resolution of 50 µm allow preventing any delocalization of peptides or proteins on the surface of the sample.
